In the bottom picture he reminds me of the Cowardly Lion from the Wizard of Oz. Maybe it's the sleepy look on his face! Why did he have to wear a cone in the top picture?
The cone's from when he aggravated his wound after he was fixed. We couldn't bring ourselves to make him wear it, he would freeze in terror when you put it on him. Poor guy, didn't matter how uncomfortable a position he was in, there was no moving once that thing was on. We just scolded him when he licked instead. He made it through ok!
