Its really coming along! Karl and I headed south today to see the place, we haven't been since graduation weekend. On the way we got a call from the electrician, turns out they're putting the electrical in tomorrow and hoped we could pop down tomorrow morning. "How 'bout now instead? We're already on our way!" SERENDIPITY!

Now we have shingles, driveway and sidewalks, the concrete floor is poured for both lower levels and there are steps to get from one level to the next. Our builder AMAZES us with the speed! We haven't nailed down a July 29th closing yet, but we're getting warmer.
