This one is called Cotilla (I'm sure the spelling isn't even close, but its pronounced Co-T-ya, at least I think so) and it is unusual for it to be flowering so early. As a matter of fact, it was the only flowering one we saw all vacation.


Yes, that is Karl and I in front of the largest Sbarro (again, spelling??) cactus pretty much ever. We had to stand in front of it so you could really understand its massiveness. It boasts something like 87 arms and is a pretty well kept secret.
